Finally I'm back from Korea. Haha. It was a seriously fun and educational trip. Korea totally pwns China by 10000x. Learnt some things about the Koreans when we were there.

Fun Facts(not really):
#1 Women's status in Korea is really low. Its mainly a male dominated society. Main life goal of Korean women is to find a husband and start a family. Their status in the family is even lower than those of young kids. Jeez. And when a woman gets married, they still have to give items to the male family of her husband's choice.

#2 Apparently Koreans also put a lot of importance in looks. On a scale of 1 to 10, Looks=10, Food(whether your tummy is full) = 1. No wonder they eat kimchi and plain rice for every meal. Any money they have is spent on clothes and cosmetics. And Koreans are actually quite poor. Thus the kimchi and rice. But I'm digressing. Did you know that most Koreans go for plastic surgery regardless of gender? Thats why when you walk on the streets, everyone looks the same. Parents give their children money for plastic surgery when they come of age as a gift, so if you want to know how a person really looked like, you have to see her before she turns 18. Superficial much?

#3 Koreans eat very little meat. Apparently they can count on one hand the number of times that they ate meat. They instead eat Ginseng. Korea is famous for their ginseng after all. No wonder they are so healthy(or malnutritioned, I can't decide).
Its really really really cold in Korea. Highest temp- 15'C Lowest temp- 5'C Nearly froze our asses off on the first day cos we underestimated the weather and the chilly, chilly wind. *Brrr* No snow though, but it was cold enough for you to blow out smoke =D So we all ran to a clothing store on the very first day to buy gloves and hats. Uncle even bought a new coat lol. The cold woke us all even though we were damn tired cos midnight flight = NO SLEEP. Went to see the palaces of Korea. Quite cool, although not as elegant? as the ones in China. Also went to their musuem. Pity no pictures were allowed inside.

Airport in Seoul. Thank goodness for English on the signs.

My cousin on the bench haha. No sleep on midnight flights after all.

Palace in Korea. Got sneaked went i was complaining about the weather.

Veg for lunch! I think I must have eaten more veg on this holiday than in the 3 years in AHS.

The best part was going to Everland, Korea's biggest theme park. That was damn cool lah. =DDDD

They were celebrating halloweeen there. =D Damn cool. Will continue the post later. Apparently the com needs a break. Uploading pics does suck after all.
